Digital Services

We issue refunds for our digital services within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our services.

Subscription Plans

For our monthly subscription plans ('Personal' and 'Pro'), you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle.

If you are unhappy with the service, you may request a refund for your most recent monthly charge within 7 days of the payment date. We will review your request and process a full refund if deemed appropriate.

Add-on Packs

Purchases of "Add-on Packs" for additional reports are final and non-refundable. These credits do not expire and will remain in your account until they are used.
